Celebrate the iconic Surf City which lived above the Oar House at 1570 N High! From a September 25th, 1986 Lantern Article: "Surf City is right upstairs from Oar House. Surf City can get crowded, hot and smelly, but its many patrons, who are addicted to the bar's oldies format, don't seem to mind. A fun place to get crazy and sweat."
